Noelle Sharp
Noelle Sharp is a litigator and former supervisory immigration judge (“ACIJ”) who brings her expertise gained through years of public service. Noelle works diligently to fulfill her mission of providing high-quality, client-focused, and results-driven representation. She analyzes and approaches each matter with creativity, collaboration, and compassion.
She focuses her practice on litigation and immigration. Her experience includes serving as the supervisory immigration judge of the Houston South Gessner Court, where she balanced supervising judges and staff while managing her own docket with thousands of cases. Before being ACIJ, Noelle taught Immigration and Human Rights at Evergreen State College. She also ran an Immigration law firm focused on removal defense in the 9th and 5th Circuits for over a decade.
Noelle received her Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University in La Raza Studies in 1999, while interning at the Cesar Chavez Institute for Public Policy. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2005. She is admitted to the Washington State Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
