PG County Criminal attorney Rand Lucey obtained an acquittal for his client accused of stealing World War II antiques worth thousands of dollars from an antique dealer’s home. The Prince George’s County District Court judge delivered a Not Guilty verdict on the sole count of Felony Theft, despite the antique dealer’s testimony that he personally witnessed the client take his property.
