Determined to clearly explain the law, dispel misconceptions about pursuing claims, and guide her clients painlessly through their cases, Mrs. Vergara is efficient, thorough, and communicative. ” I had the pleasure of working with Crystallis Vergara after my mother and I suffered a car accident. She was careful in explaining how the process would work and it was super helpful that she and her office spoke Spanish as well to ensure my mother understood. Crystallis was in constant communication with us every step of the way and fought to make sure we were compensated to the fullest. I felt like I had the best person advocating for us and she made a difficult time feel a lot less painful.” – Diana Villatoro-Sancho

I was in a motorcycle accident and from the very beginning the insurance companies were being very difficult even though I was the victim. Crystallis advocated for me until the very end to ensure I was fully compensated. She went above and beyond and made sure I understood how the law worked. She is very knowledgeable and I will be happy to refer my family and friends when involved in a similar situation”. – Jimmy Rosseau
