Attorney Andrew Jezic convinced a Circuit Court Judge in Prince George’s County to cut his client’s sentence from 15 years to 5 years- a time-served sentence. Mr. Jezic’s client spent the evening at his parents home in Price George’s County for the first time in five years on the night of the Reconsideration Hearing, having been released from custody shortly after the hearing.
At trial, another lawyer represented the client, who was convicted by a jury of Attempted Murder and was sentenced to 15 years. Jezic’s client did extremely well in DOC, earning many different certificates and avoiding any discipline for five years.
