In October, 2014, JM’s Attorney Rand Lucey convinced a Talbot County Jury to find his client not guilty of Driving While Impaired by alcohol. Mr. Lucey successfully argued that, based on his client’s driving and performance on the field sobriety tests, the State could not prove his client was impaired by alcohol despite the fact that her blood alcohol level (BAC) created a legal presumption that she was impaired.
