Defense Attorney David Wooten’s client was acquitted of all assault charges by a Baltimore City judge, despite video surveillance footage that clearly showed the defendant put his hands on the throat of another bar patron, which triggered a brawl among several patrons. Additionally, evidence showed that the defendant bit through two layers of clothing and broke the skin of the security guard who ejected the defendant.
