Prince George’s County DUI Dismissed

Last week, a Prince George’s County judge threw out a DUI case because the police lacked probable cause for the initial stop of the vehicle. Later in the week, a Montgomery County judge found Maryland DUI Attorney Andrew Jezic’s client not guilty on all counts, despite the client having caused an accident. It was the client’s fourth arrest for DUI in his life.
