Last week, a Prince George’s County judge threw out a DUI case because the police lacked probable cause for the initial stop of the vehicle. Later in the week, a Montgomery County judge found Mr. Jezic’s client not guilty on all counts, despite the client having caused an accident. It was the client’s fourth arrest for DUI in his life.
