After earning his B.S. from the University of Vermont in 1984, Mr. Maloney served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa from 1984-1986. He then graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 1991 and has been representing injury and malpractice victims since 1992.
Mr. Maloney has earned the prestigious AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell and maintains a perfect 10.0 rating on AVVO. He was selected to Super Lawyers in 2019 and is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
