In May 2015, Criminal Defense attorney David Moyse obtained a complete acquittal for his client on an appeal from district court. The client, a 10-year Army veteran, faced resisting arrest and obstruction of justice charges following an incident outside a bar.
Moyse and his client chose to forgo a jury trial, presenting legal arguments to a circuit court judge.
After a brief recess, the court delivered a not guilty verdict, acquitting the client of all charges.
